TAZR FX Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the TAZR FX Affiliate Program ("Program"). By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. TAZR FX ("we," "us," or "our") reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, with notice provided via email or our website.

1. Eligibility

To participate in the Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Complete and submit the Affiliate Form for verification by our Client Services Team.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Not engage in any activities that may exploit or abuse the Program, as determined by TAZR FX in its sole discretion.

2. Referral Process

To earn a payout under the Program, the following steps must be completed:

1. Referral Sign-Up: The person you refer ("Referred Client") must sign up for our Copytrading Service through our official website. A single Client can only be a referral ONCE, which means that no one can claim to refer the same client for another month they utilized our services.
2. Payment and Onboarding: The Referred Client must successfully pay for the Copytrading Service and be fully onboarded by our Client Services Team.
3. Affiliate Form Submission: You must submit a completed Affiliate Form to identify yourself as the referrer of the Referred Client.
4. Verification: Our Client Services Team will verify the referral to confirm eligibility for a payout.

3. Payouts

• Payout Amount: You will receive a payment of up to USD $10 (if you are an existing client) or USD $7 (if you are only a part of our Affiliate Program and not an existing client) per referred Client who is successfully onboarded.
• Payout Eligibility: Affiliates earn $10 (subscribers) or $7 (non-subscribers) per referral who subscribes to TAZR FX’s $50/month copytrading service and remains active for at least 30 days. Payouts are processed monthly via PayPal/Bank Transfer, with a $10 minimum threshold. This means, clients can get paid out on each referral, and non-clients would be paid out for every 2+ successful referrals.
