How to sign up for Deriv
💡 If you haven’t already, click on this link to create your Deriv Account: Sign up for Deriv.
If you are new to Deriv, you will also be required to:
(a). Verify your identity with a Government issued ID, and
(b). Verify your proof of address.
If you cannot provide a proof of address, such as a utility bill in your name, you will not be able to sign up for a trading account.
This can be done by tapping on the 3 lines at the top right > Account Settings > Verification
- Once you have completed BOTH the proof of identity and proof of address processes, you will be able to deposit. Deriv will send you a confirmation email to let you know both were successful. To expedite the process, or if you receive any errors, you can connect with Deriv Customer Support by scrolling down on the website and select their WhatsApp option AFTER submitting the relevant documents. Normally if you contact them, the 2-3 business day wait is skipped and they process your request the same day.
