Subscription renewals

How does it work?

  1. Pay for your subscription renewal through our Payment Portal on our website
  2. Fill out our Client Subscription Renewal Form

All of this can be done directly from our website by clicking on the Pay/Subscribe button, and then clicking on the ‘Renew My Subscription’ button.

✅ Once the process is complete, our Client Services team will reach out to you via email to let you know the subscription renewal was successful.

Please note that the subscription renewal must be done before the cutoff date for that specific month. If you are unsure of the cutoff, the date is displayed on the homepage of the website. It is the same as the cutoff for new client onboarding.
